Track Products

Trackelast track products cover a large range of applications, such as plain line pads through to complicated pads required in switches & crossings. Working closely with our customers, one of our specialist capabilities is to provide bespoke solutions to specific problems. The ability of our own lab with testing facilities, to provide solutions is well known and recognised.



Plain Line Pads

Used on sleepers as rail pads between the underside of the rail and the sleeper/chair/baseplate, or used as baseplate pads between the chair/baseplate and the sleeper.

Switches and Crossings require multiple pad types to accomodate gradient, camber and sizes are also determined by track positions within crossovers etc.

Provided for Noise & Vibration (N&V) protection, also used for Track Quality purposes to improve track stability/performance, minimise track maintenance and preserve track ballast.

Mats (SPM)

Prevents repeated loading of ballast causing damage to the structure, such as an underbridge or culvert. SPM is thinner and stiffer than ballast mats.

We supply the full range of Delkor resilient baseplates, and associated products. Tiflex manufacture a specialised check rail resilient baseplate, the RF117, in the UK.
